Bright and clear, with a light ruby-red hue. Crafted with a gentle, minimal-intervention approach that highlights the purity of the fruit and the character of the valley, this wine opens with delicate aromas of strawberry and pink pepper. On the palate, vibrant notes of raspberry, eucalyptus, and fresh strawberry stand out, offering both freshness and a subtle herbal lift. Medium tannins and medium body give it a balanced, graceful profile. A lively and honest expression of Negra Criolla from the historic Cinti Valley.
Jardín Oculto
Founded in 2019, Jardín Oculto is a small winery that celebrates Bolivian heritage by producing wines with minimal intervention, made exclusively from Criolla grape varieties and Vischoqueña, a grape variety native to Bolivia and found nowhere else in the world.
Located in the Cinti Valley at an altitude of 2,300 meters above sea level, the vines are very old, some estimated to be 200 years old, entwined around Molle and Chañar trees that climb six meters high. This form of cultivation, while the most natural, is a rarity in the world of winemaking, making these vineyards and their wines true treasures.
