Vischoqueña is a very rare variety as it is native to Bolivia, thought to be a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Negra Criolla. Clear, and bright, lemon green color. This wine has a lovely, perfumed nose with grapefruit peel aromas, peach and honeysuckle. Light and fresh with great acidity and saline finish.

Jardín Oculto
Founded in 2019, Jardín Oculto is a small winery that celebrates Bolivian heritage by producing minimum intervention wines made only from Criolla varieties as well as “Vischoqueña”, a native to Bolivia, found nowhere else on the planet.
Located above 2.300 m.a.s.l. in the Cinti Valley, the vines used are ancient, some of them estimated to be 200 years old that have grown wrapped around molle and chañar trees climbing up more than three meters. This form of management, despite being the most natural, is rare in the world of viticulture, turning these vineyards and their wines into true hidden treasures.
